College Advising · Scituate, Massachusetts

Navigate to your future.

Independent admissions guidance for South Shore students and families — strategic, unhurried, and built entirely around your student. From the first college list to the final decision in spring.

1:1

One advisor, start to finish

Every student works directly with the founder — never handed off, never templated.

20

Families a year, by design

A deliberately small roster keeps attention deep and timelines unhurried.

2 yrs

Of guidance, not a sprint

Beginning junior year, so the right choices are made early — not under deadline pressure.

01 — The Approach

Guidance that meets your student where they are.

No pressure, no formulas, no promises we can't keep. A clear, well-paced process that turns an overwhelming search into a confident set of choices.

01Discover

Understand the student

We begin with the student — their interests, strengths, learning style, and what they actually want from the next four years. The college list grows from there, never the other way around.

02Build

Shape the application

A balanced college list, a distinctive activities profile, and essays that sound like the student — not the advisor. Every deadline is mapped so nothing sneaks up on you.

03Decide

Choose with confidence

Interview preparation, final application review, and side-by-side decision support in spring — weighing offers, aid, and fit to land on the right answer for your family.

02 — Services & Pricing

Choose the level of support that fits.

Most families choose a comprehensive engagement; focused and hourly options exist for those who need help with specific pieces. Every engagement is tailored — these are starting points, not rigid boxes.

$200–250per hour
03 — Policies

Clear terms, from the start.

Good advising runs on trust and clarity. Here is how engagements work — the full terms accompany every signed agreement.

(01)

Engagement & deposit

Packages begin with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit, with the balance due at the midpoint. Hourly work is billed in advance, in blocks.

(02)

The student does the work

We brainstorm, coach, and give honest feedback — but every essay and application is the student's own words and effort. We never write or fabricate any part of an application.

(03)

Scope & revisions

Each package lists its included essays, supplements, and revision rounds. Work beyond that scope is welcome, billed at the hourly rate and agreed in advance.

(04)

Refunds

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work begins. Unused, pre-paid hours beyond the deposit may be refunded should you choose to end the engagement.

(05)

No guarantee of admission

No ethical advisor can promise admission to any school. We promise diligent, expert guidance and a stronger, truer application — outcomes rest with admissions offices.

(06)

Privacy & confidentiality

Student information stays confidential and is shared only with you. We never sell data, and student records are handled in line with applicable privacy laws.

(07)

Communication

Meetings are scheduled in advance, in person or by video. We aim to respond within one business day; deadline weeks may move faster.

(08)

Scheduling

Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be counted against package hours.

04 — Get in touch

Let's start with a conversation.

The first consult is complimentary — a relaxed call to meet your student, hear where things stand, and discuss whether we're the right fit. No obligation.
